JT Form Change Privacy Policy
Version: 2026-07-15-v1.0
Effective date: July 15, 2026

J techno Inc. (有限会社 Jテクノ, “J techno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information associated with the evaluation, sale, licensing, support, security, and operation of JT Form Change (the “Product”) as described below. This Product-specific policy supplements the general privacy policy on our website.

1. INFORMATION WE MAY PROCESS
Depending on the sales channel and activation method, we may process:

(a) Contract and contact information: name, company or organization, email address, country or region, preferred language, and inquiry content.

(b) Order and subscription information: order ID, subscription ID, plan, term, billing currency, payment status, renewal, cancellation, refund, reversal, and chargeback status. Full payment-card details are normally processed by Autodesk Marketplace, PayPal, or another payment provider and are not held by us.

(c) License and device information: product ID, license ID, Install ID, a hashed or pseudonymized Machine ID derived from device information, operating system, Fusion and Product versions, activation and last-verification timestamps, entitlement expiry, and verification results.

(d) Technical and security information: IP address, request time, API response, error code, crash or diagnostic log, and information reasonably required to investigate suspected license fraud, circumvention, sharing, or unauthorized redistribution.

(e) Support information: reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, sample data, design models, or other material voluntarily submitted by the User. A design model or manufacturing data is received only when the User expressly provides it for support.

2. INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY
The Product may store the following on the User’s device to manage entitlement and the one-time 72-hour trial:

• RSA-signed license.json;
• Install ID and pseudonymized Machine ID;
• trial start/end, EULA and Privacy Policy acceptance timestamps, and document hashes;
• last-run time and license status.

These records do not contain the User’s Fusion design model. Trial records may be stored in more than one local application-data location so uninstalling or reinstalling does not restart the trial.

3. PURPOSES
We process information to:

• provide the trial, purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes;
• issue, refresh, reassign, and revoke one-user/one-device entitlements;
• answer support requests, reproduce defects, improve quality, and provide updates;
• prevent and investigate fraudulent licensing, trial manipulation, sharing, redistribution, payment fraud, and chargebacks;
• operate and secure the service, monitor failures, maintain audit records, and comply with law; and
• retain contract, accounting, tax, and dispute records.

Normal license verification does not transmit Fusion design models, geometry, or manufacturing data.

4. LEGAL BASES
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of a contract, the User’s consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in licensing, security, support, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting prior lawful processing.

5. PROCESSORS AND SALES CHANNELS
We may use or share information with:

• Autodesk Design and Make Marketplace or another distribution channel;
• PayPal or another payment processor;
• hosting, database, email, logging, backup, and security providers; and
• legal, accounting, tax, and other professional advisers.

We do not sell personal information. Disclosure may also occur where required by law, reasonably necessary to protect rights or security, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Use of an international marketplace, payment processor, or cloud provider may result in processing outside Japan. We use applicable legal mechanisms, contractual protections, provider safeguards, and other reasonable measures appropriate to the transfer.

7. RETENTION
We retain information only for the purposes described and as required by law. Standard targets are:

• contract, order, payment, and accounting records: seven years after the transaction or contract end;
• license, device assignment, and audit records: during the subscription and for two years after it ends;
• authentication, security, and error logs: generally no longer than two years;
• ordinary support records: three years after the last response; and
• design models or similar files voluntarily supplied for support: normally deleted within 90 days after the support case closes, unless otherwise agreed or retention is required for a dispute or by law.

Backup copies are deleted through the ordinary backup rotation.

8. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access control, authentication, encrypted transport, separation of secrets, monitoring, backup, and vulnerability response. The license-signing private key, payment-provider secrets, and database credentials are not included in the distributed Product.

9. USER RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, a User may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify identity and may retain information where required by law or reasonably necessary for contract, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes.

10. CHILDREN
The Product is intended for individuals with legal capacity to contract and for business users. A User below the legally required age in the User’s location must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

11. CHANGES
We may revise this policy for legal, functional, sales-channel, or processing changes. Material changes will be notified through the website, Product, or sales channel by a reasonable method.
